SUPPORT IN THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19

As information continues to unfold about the coronavirus, be assured that you can count on your Plan to provide the support and benefits that you and your family need.

No Deductible, Copays or Coinsurance for COVID-19 Testing

If you’re showing symptoms or believe you have been exposed to the virus, we encourage you to take action. Through the period of National Emergency, testing for COVID-19 will be covered at 100% as a preventive service. In-network office visits, urgent care, and emergency room visits associated with COVID-19 testing will also be covered at 100%. We encourage you to use in-network providers whenever possible.  To find an in-network provider near you: Aetna members should log onto http://www.aetna.com or call 800-770-6803 and BCBS members should log onto http://provider.bcbs.com/ or call 844-899-4074.

Access to Telehealth – 98point6 Virtual Care Solution

98point6 is an on-demand, primary care text-based service delivered via secure in-app messaging on your mobile phone. With 98point6, you will have access to U.S.-based, board-certified physicians to answer questions, diagnose and treat, outline care options, order prescriptions and labs as appropriate, and refer you to specialists and resources, all through the convenience of one app. Doctors are available 24/7/365. You can get care from anywhere – during a break at work, while outdoors, or over lunch. No appointment, no travel, no waiting. With 98point6, the cost per virtual visit is $0. Prescriptions or labs received will be processed and billed in accordance to your medical plan benefits.

Other Telehealth Services

Now, and through the period of National Emergency, if you seek medical or behavioral health treatment for any other type of diagnosis with your In-Network doctor, and can use a telephonic or virtual office visit method, such services will be covered and will be subject to the Plan’s cost-sharing and coverage provisions for a regular office or urgent care visit.

Prescription Drug Changes

CVS|Caremark is waiving early refill limits on 30-day prescriptions for maintenance medications at any in-network pharmacy during this National Emergency. Relaxing these limitations allows members to obtain maintenance medication prescriptions ahead of their normal fill schedule.

Short Term Disability Income Benefits

Your short-term disability benefits remain available for an injury or illness that prevents you from working, as long as you are not also receiving compensation from your employer (paid time off). Please refer to your Plan Document at www.wr177healthcare.com for more information regarding these benefits.
